Return Policy
Any item found to be defective in materials or workmanship or damaged in shipping will be replaced or exchanged without charge if we are notified within 5 calendar days from the date of receipt. Also, in the case of obvious error in order fulfillment, items will also be exchanged with the same stipulations as above. Please contact by e-mail for a Return Authorization Code.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE.
ITEMS CAN ONLY BE RETURNED IN THE INSTANCE OF DAMAGE OR AN ERROR ON THE PART OF REDLIGHT VISUALS.
IF A CARTON ARRIVES BADLY DAMAGED OR RATTLES, PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE BEFORE OPENING TO RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION CODE.
